If you are an existing patient and would like to access your health records, please call us and request to speak with the medical assistant for your provider. The medical assistant will email you a unique link to Greenway Health. With this link, you can setup a username and password with Greenway Health and can access your health records.
EXISTING USER:
If you have already created a username and password with Greenway Health previously, then you can click the link below for the portal. You must login using the username and password you created previously.
